I realized it might be a good idea to explain why the triceps dips in the last post were a big no-no.
Here’s another look at the photo:
Do his shoulders look wrenched to you? Me too. Plus, his elbows are bowed way out to the sides, his neck is jutting forward and his shoulders are hunched up around his ears.
One thing he is doing right; his back is very close to the bench. Walk too far out from the bench and you put too much stress on your elbows and shoulders.
