What is wellness coaching?

Wellness coaching is a comprehensive approach to wellness, including:

  • stress management
  • physical activity
  • nutrition
  • weight management
  • health-risk management
  • life issues that impact wellness

Coaching helps you develop a successful roadmap to your best self. As your coach, I’ll help you clarify your wellness goals, then we’ll figure out together how to get from where you are now- to where you want to be. I’ll hold you accountable. I’ll provide support.

Is your current self out of alignment with how you envision the best version of you? Behavioral scientists have shown that one-on-one coaching is among the most effective approaches to helping people make and sustain improvements in their lives. A coach enables change by focusing on a client’s stated needs, values, vision, and goals and helping to bring out their personal best.

What happens during a typical coaching session?

I’ll provide you with coaching services by telephone. Together we’ll craft your personal vision for wellness, and identify priorities in one or more areas including fitness, weight, nutrition, stress, and health. We’ll work together on a consistent basis to set goals and tap into your strengths to overcome challenges.
